Amazon find!

I wish I had better photos of this amazing dress I found on amazon! It comes in 20 or so colors for around 55.00 dollars.

It’s really great quality and totally sucks you in! Highly recommend!!!

My shoes are from Target and my necklace is Forever21!

I am thinking of getting this in red for New Years. Also, I realize I’ve had mostly dresses on here lately and not my day to day Mom wear! I want to post more pictures of those outfits bc it’s definitely more me! Lately we’ve just had so many holiday events to attend. Have a wonderful day!

Winter White ❄️

I snagged this dress a year ago at a Marshalls for a pretty good price! I never could figure out what to wear it to (it would be great as a rehearsal dinner dress)! It was definitely not anything you could chase kids around in, but probably the most compliments I have ever received on a dress!

I paired this dress with green shoes “holiday color” and no accessories bc it’s visually a lot going on!

Dress- Marshalls

I really loved this! Wearing white in winter can be done!

OTK boots

For Thanksgiving  I wanted to try out my new otk boots. I found these Marc Fisher boots at Marshalls for only 44.00! Such a steal compared to the price I saw at Nordstrom. I will say I’m very tall and those barely grazed the top of my knees! 😂 but anyone at a normal height these would be perfect!

They are so comfortable and easy to wear. I paired them with a dress also from Marshalls and an old sweater from Forever21.

I think these boots fit me better with jeans or leggings but they kept me warm on this November morning!

Hope you had a wonderful holiday!

Seeing Red

Happy Thanksgiving! What I wore on Thanksgiving will be posted soon but this is what I wore a few evenings ago to an event.

This dress proves (in my eyes) you can definitely find cocktail dresses at Forever21 that don’t look super cheap if you try! I found this dress for under 40.00 there. I paired it with an old F21 belt and some black heels and was ready to go!

The pile of hoses in the background is 👌🏼🙃

Dress- Forever21

Belt-Forever21 (old)

The dress had a corset top with a really well made lace overlay. It wasn’t too short either, which can be a problem at stores geared for teens. I put the belt on to just sinch my waist a little better. The black Target heels are my favorite for winter because they are closed toe and a lower heel. I thought this dress was a great find!

Mama Bear 🐻

I’m sure you’ve seen these shirts all over Instagram if you’re a mom! I found mine in a cute boutique in Charleston. I think it’s kind of a sweet shirt, especially if you’re a mama!

Paired w jeans, Sorel boots and a sweater this was such an easy look for a gloomy fall day!

Sweater- Target

Shirt- From a botique in Charleston, but google mama bear shirts and you can find them anywhere!

Jeans-American Eagle

Boots- Sorel

Have a great weekend!

Basic Fall!

Sorry for the lack of posts lately. We got hit with the stomach flu and all I’ve been wearing is a robe and pjs bottoms!

Here I am trying to change it up a little! This is my favorite sweater underneath this vest that is a knock off J-Crew style! My AE jeans and Sorel boots. Yes, not extremely flattering by any means but really comfortable to wear! And warm!

Sweater- Marshalls

Vest- TJ Maxx

Jeans- American Eagle

Boots- Sorel

Almost all of my boots are Sorel boots. They are expensive but they hold up and are great quality. You can always find them on sale at and Nordstrom Rack. I never pay full price for Sorel boots! The vest is a total knock off. I can’t find the brand name anywhere but honestly I could care less it’s not J-Crew. Looks similar and is definitely warm!

Hope your November is cozy like that sweater!

Charity Event Dress

Tonight, my husband and I attended a wonderful fundraiser for a developmental center for children with special needs.

It was cocktail attire, and I noticed this year there were actually a lot of gowns vs shorter dresses. If I would have known gowns were acceptable, I would have most definitely worn one! 🤷🏻‍♀️

This dress is from Asos. I actually bought it last year as a NYE dress, but ended up wearing something else. It is light and super easy to wear. I think it’s very flattering in some angles and can be a bit unflattering in other angles bc of how it’s cut..and that’s my stylish husband in his H&M suit! 😊 We were so rushed to get out of the door, I don’t have any great fashiony pictures of the dress, but you get the idea!

Dress- Asos

Next year I’ll probably do a longer gown. How often do you get to wear one!?
